How to Cancel Recurring Donations

The only option for managing recurring donations is to cancel them. Users cannot change a recurring donation. If they want to change the amount, they can create a new one with the same or different frequency.

    Click the “Pulse” icon (Productivity) on the left navigation menu.

    Click on “Financial Tools”. Click on the “My Donations” link.
  • 3
    Click on the “View” button on the donation that you need to cancel.
  • 4
    Click " Cancel Recurring Donation". Click "Continue" to confirm the cancellation of the recurring donation.
