Creating Follow Ups for Contacts

    Click on the “People” icon on the left side of the navigation bar and choose "People".

    View People and click “Go there”.

    Find the contact where the follow-up should be created, click “View” on the contact.

    Click “Follow -Up” then click “ + Create Follow Up”.

    Fill in the Purpose of the follow up.

    Type the name to which the follow-up will be assigned and select which Group Leaders of the Group will review the follow-up.

    Select the Follow-up date and select the frequency of the follow-up (can be a single meeting, weekly, monthly, etc.), then click “Save” once done.
