Prayer Request- As Admin

    Click the “ Home” icon on the left side of the navigation menu and click “Prayer Request”.

    Click “+New” on the upper right side and put the Subject of Prayer Request.

    Add the name of the person who is reporting the prayer request.
  • 4
    Add the name of the person who is assigned to pray for/ follow up on the prayer request.

    Select Group visibility of Prayer Request (Can be visible to Leaders only or Group members and Leaders of the Group)

    Select Group visibility of Prayer Request (Can be visible to Leaders only or Group members and Leaders of the Group)

    Click “Groups” on the lower right side of the page to choose which group the prayer request will be visible and click “Apply” then “Save”.

    Request Form is also an option for prayer request on the upper right side click “Request Form” and fill up the form and click “Submit Form”

Managing Prayer Request

    Click the “ Home” icon on the left side of the navigation menu and click “Prayer Request”

    Select the prayer request to edit.

    Click Requested By to change /manage the person who reported or requested the prayer request.

    Click “Assigned To” to change /manage the person who the prayer request will be assigned to.

    Indicate the date of which the follow-up should occur

    Select Group visibility of Prayer Request (Can be visible to Leaders only or Group members and Leaders of the Group)

    Click Resolve or Save once done.

    To manage the settings for Prayer requests (only admin role will have this option), click on “Edit Settings” on the upper right side of the page and choose for Request Assign method (prayer request can be assigned to a specific individual or round robin (next in line)

    Prayer requests can also be assigned to a specific group but can also be set to a default group in which all prayer requests will be submitted and click “Save".
