Text to Give

This feature allows you to provide your congregation with the means of submitting donations/gifts via text message.

  • A number should be registered for the text to give the feature to work
  • There is already a giving/payment method added.

On This Page

  • You have to make sure that the church member knows your number (system provided number on your platform)

How to View your Church's phone number

  • 1
    Click the “Megaphone” icon (Outreach) from the left navigation menu.

    Click on the “SMS” tab.
  • 3
    Click "Incoming Handlers" on the upper right hand side of the page.

    Your number will be listed on the upper left side.

Setting up your Phone Number for Text to Give

    Select the "Profile" icon from the lower left side of the navigation menu.
  • 2
    Click the “Profile Settings" link.
  • 3
    Click on the "Advanced" tab. Fill in the number you will use text to give and hit "Save".

    Create a 4 digit pin and hit "Save".

Giving/Payment Method

    Click the “Pulse” icon (Productivity) on the left navigation menu.

    Click on “Financial Tools”. Click on the “My Donations” link.
  • 3
    Click the "Manage Payment Methods". List of payment method will be on this page.
