Creating Follow Ups for Contacts

1Click on the “People” icon on the left side of the navigation bar and choose "People".

2View People and click “Go there”.

3Find the contact where the follow-up should be created, click “View” on the contact.

4Click “Follow -Up” then click “ + Create Follow Up”.

5Fill in the Purpose of the follow up.

6Type the name to which the follow-up will be assigned and select which Group Leaders of the Group will review the follow-up.

7Select the Follow-up date and select the frequency of the follow-up (can be a single meeting, weekly, monthly, etc.), then click “Save” once done.
